The Stigma of Mental Illness ... Homelessness

I reached into my pocket and pulled out all the coins and graciously placed it in his reddened frost-bitten hand. He looked up at me, through the saddest pair of eyes, and said, "Thank you." I asked could I take a picture of him and his friend. He replied, "Yes, she's a good dog ... she's my family."
