But there is always a good deed that needs to be done in the world. I remembered two young ladies who are university students here in Canada but their parents live in Senegal, West Africa . . . a very long way from Toronto. So I decided to invite them to dinner with myself and my daughter, also a university student.
I can honesty say this was a beautiful day for all of us. And after enjoying such a delicious dinner, their parents phoned . . . the smiles on their faces were priceless.

We ate . . . we laughed . . . we shared stories . . . we danced . . . we played pool . . . we acted silly . . . we had an awesome and wonderful time!
A huge thank you to the Fox & Fiddle Restaurant (Keele and Finch) for such delicious foods and excellent service; thanks to the customers and staff of the restaurant for their donations; and a very special thank you to Winston Clarke, Holistic Community Pharmacist at the Guardian Four Winds Pharmacy, located at 3932A Keele Street (Finch) for such a generous donation.
It is true that family doesn't always have to be blood because, for me, this was definitely the Best Mothers Day . . . ever. ~ gLoRiA
